BROWSER DETECTION FOR EXPIRED DIGITAL CERTIFICATES INCLUDED 12/27/1999
Netscape Communicator versions 4.06 and older and Microsoft Internet Explorer for Macintosh versions 4.5 and older include a component called a root CA certificate that is set to expire at the end of 1999. Users of these older browsers will experience an additional dialog box when connecting securely with a website after January 1, 2000. For this reason, we included a JavaScript at our home page that can detect whether the user's browser needs upgrading. If an affected browser is detected, a new browser window will be opened offering upgrade instructions to help users download the newest version of their browser.

NEW SUPPORT AREA LAUNCHED 10/01/1999

In order to improve our customer service, we have have created a totally new support area on our site. Using database and security technologies we've created an online membership system to effectively manage and respond to the questions submitted by our customers, as well as to provide them with more power and freedom to quickly review and modify information. In the new support area members will be able to:

keep track of problem reports,

keep track of orders,

instantly review and modify user information,

immediately have access to serial number and other product information.

You can start using the new support area right now. Just create a new account by entering the information required. Note that users that have already purchased a product from us have priority over unregistered users in the process of analyzing a problem report.

Only members with accounts will be able to access this area. To learn more about security and privacy issues consult our Support Policy.
