The following terms and conditions govern the delivery of support services by Tabuleiro with respect to Tabuleiro's products. Using the Support Area of xtras.tabuleiro.com indicates your acceptance of this terms and conditions.

 

Availability

Technical Support is available for all users of Tabuleiro's Xtras. Registered users have priority over unregistered users in the solution of technical issues. Technical Support is only available online, through Your Account at xtras.tabuleiro.com.

Services

The Tabuleiro Support Team is largely responsible for:

Answering questions about features and capabilities of the Xtras;

Troubleshooting any problem related to downloading, installing and registering the Xtras;

Supporting users by isolating specific problems that may be encountered while using our Xtras, as well as giving a general strategy for approaching the problems;

Trying to reproduce a problem, putting it in the fix list for a future release if it does turn out to be a defect in the Xtra, and helping to find a workaround if there is one;

Offering recommendations and directing the user to the necessary resources which will allow him/her to create what is necessary for their purposes.

Exclusions

The Tabuleiro Support Team is not able and not required to:

Teach users how to use applications other than our Xtras, including Director, Authorware and Operational System extensions;

Fulfill programming and writing Lingo or Scripting code requests;

Debug user's Director and Authorware pieces, unless the problem encountered is caused by our Xtras;

Provide technical support relating to problems encountered while using our Xtras in a manner for which they were not designed, were misused or were modified;

Offer technical support for third party vendor products.

Tabuleiro will use reasonable efforts to provide the support services under this agreement in a professional manner, but cannot guarantee that every question or problem raised by the user will be resolved.
