Upgrading to TreeView Xtra 4.0

TreeView Xtra was developed with support for legacy applications in mind: all existing Lingo is still supported and movies authored for version 1 should "just work" with the new version. Please consult this page for more information about Director 11 specific issues and known workarounds.

A new serial number is needed to use this version. For more information about the general upgrade procedure to Director 11 please consult this technote.

Modifying the movie Xtras list: If you plan to use the Xtra in Shockwave and have modified the xtrainfo.txt file to point to new Shockwave packages it is necessary to update your movies to trigger the download of the new packages. The procedure is detailed at this technote.
