 BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD
Make sure you read the System Requirements for the product you want to download to see if your system has what is needed to run the Xtra. We recommend downloading Macintosh versions of our Xtras from a Macintosh computer and Windows versions from a Windows machine.
 DOWNLOADING THE XTRA
 WINDOWS

1. Select the product you want to download.
2. Choose one of the 2 links to the file you want to download. Tabuleiro maintains two download sites mirroring the same content, to increase the number of users that can download files at the same time at optimal speed. Click the link you have chosen, or click with the right mouse button and select SAVE TARGET AS or SAVE LINK AS if you are downloading a sample media file.
3. Choose where on your local hard drive you want to save the file and click Save.
4. Write down the name of the file you are downloading as it appears in the Save As... dialog box.
5. Wait for the download to be completed.

 MACINTOSH
1. Select the product you want to download.
2. Tabuleiro maintains two download sites mirroring the same content, to increase the number of users that can download files at the same time at optimal speed. Click the link you have chosen. If you get garbage on the screen you may want to click on the link and hold the mouse button for a few seconds, then select SAVE LINK AS or SAVE TARGET AS from the popup menu that will appear.
3. Choose where on your local hard drive you want to save the file and click Save.
4. Write down the name of the file you are downloading as it appears in the Save As... dialog box.
5. Wait for the download to be completed.
Note: You may need to get Stuffit Expander from the StuffIt Expander page and then use it to decompress the ".sit" file you have downloaded.
 INSTALLING THE XTRA
1. Open the downloaded and unpacked installer file.
2. Follow the onscreen installation instructions on Windows, or double click the readme.htm file if you are on a Macintosh.
 TROUBLESHOOTING
 DOWNLOADING
If you are having problems connecting to the Internet or keeping your connection, try one or each the following:
Disconnect from and reconnect to the Internet;
Disconnect from the Internet, restart your computer, and reconnect to the Internet;
Try connecting at a later time, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be busy and can't allow any more connections;
Call your Internet Service Provider.
