By clicking the "Your Account" link you will be asked to create and account if you have not created one before. Just follow the instructions on the screen, filling out the information requested. At the end, your account will be created and at every new visit to the site, you'll be able to access your account directly, using your e-mail address and password.
There are two areas of the site where you need an account to have access: Buy and Support. When you want to purchase a product and don't have an account, you will be asked to create one when you click the "Buy Now" link at the Buy page. You will also need an account to access technical support. When you click the "Contact Technical Support" link at the Support page, you will be asked to create an account if you don't have one already.
Using your account you will be able to submit and keep track of problem reports, instantly review and modify your user information, immediately retrieve a serial number and other product information. |
